Visiting an incarcerated person
Personal visitation requires an appointment. Appointments are first-come, first-served and can only be made by phone. Visitors call (707) 565-1400 Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm to schedule, with no same-day sign ups.
Personal visits take place on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Visits are 30 minutes long, and an incarcerated person may receive one visit per visitation day. Visitors must check in with the lobby 20 minutes before the visit.

Starting September 1, 2025, non-privileged mail must be sent through Pigeonly. Non-privileged mail received at the facility after October 1, 2025, will be returned to sender.
