This page helps you handle Property Tax tasks in Pasco County, Florida, including finding a tax record, printing a paid receipt, checking bill history, and locating the right office for help.
For most users, the starting point is the Pasco County Tax Collector, with related tax estimate help available through the Pasco County Property Appraiser.
Pasco County property tax search and receipts
Use the county’s property tax search tool to look up a real estate parcel or tangible account. From there, you can move into receipt and bill history options tied to that record.
You can start a search here: search Pasco County property tax records.
- Search for your real estate parcel or tangible account.
- For a current-year paid receipt, use the Print Paid Bill feature.
- For an older receipt, open the full bill history shown below the parcel and select the receipt you need.
A validated property tax receipt is not mailed for each parcel or account. The Tax Collector states that your canceled check is your receipt, or you can print one online or have one printed at an office.
Electronic property tax notice receipts
If you already know the parcel or account you need, the Tax Collector’s receipt page explains the fastest ways to get proof of payment. It covers both current-year paid bills and older receipts from full bill history.
Use the official receipt page for those instructions: view property tax notice receipt options.
Installment payment plan
Pasco County allows installment payments for taxes estimated to be more than one hundred dollars. Both real estate and tangible personal property taxes may be paid this way, and each parcel or account needs its own application.
The application for 2026 taxes may be obtained beginning November 1, 2025. It must be filed on or before April 30, 2026. First installment payment is required on or before July 31 to participate. Payments received in July do not receive the 6% discount and are assessed a 5% penalty.
The official installment plan page also states that installments are due in June, September, December, and March, with discounts decreasing over the year until the final payment. You can review the county’s instructions here: check the installment payment plan details.
Estimate taxes through the Property Appraiser
If you are trying to project a bill rather than pull a paid receipt, the Pasco County Property Appraiser provides an estimate taxes option. The process starts by locating your property in the records search and then using the Estimate Taxes link at the top of that record.
You can review that process here: use the Property Appraiser tax estimate instructions.
