Mail rules for incarcerated individuals
Beginning November 1, 2025, incarcerated individuals' mail is digitally delivered to their assigned tablet. The prior mailing address is no longer valid.
Personal mail should use this format:

Mail must include the sender's and receiver's first and last names. Personal incoming mail, including greeting cards, must be in a white envelope and written on plain white or standard white lined paper. Photographs must be 4x6 or smaller, with no more than five photos per envelope.
Money and phone account information
Friends and family may deposit no more than $150 per week into an incarcerated individual's commissary account through kiosks in the Correctional Center Reception area or online through ConnectNetwork. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
Deposits made at the kiosks or website are posted to the incarcerated individual's account the next business day. The county lists these transaction fees:

Release transportation and property questions
Before picking up a released inmate, check whether any additional charges may prevent release. The usual waiting time for release processing is 4 to 6 hours.
For court clothing exchange, the incarcerated individual must submit a Property Exchange Form at least 24 hours before the exchange. Property exchange hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. To confirm that a Property Exchange Form has been submitted, call (301) 952-7033.
