Common Pleas and Domestic Relations records
The Common Pleas Clerk of Courts provides online case access for Common Pleas and Domestic Relations records. The Common Pleas Court includes civil, criminal, domestic relations, and appellate divisions.
The online case access system is provided for public access, but it may not include changes, pleadings, or decisions that have not yet been posted or filed with the clerk.
The Common Pleas case access page states that Common Pleas Court records before January 1, 1988 are located in the Clerk’s office. For General Division document images, the Clerk also provides an image request form that asks for the case number and the docket codes and dates of the documents requested.
Municipal Court records
The Clermont County Municipal Court handles traffic and non-traffic misdemeanors, preliminary hearings in felony cases, and limited civil cases where the disputed amount does not exceed $15,000.00.
Municipal online access covers criminal, traffic, and civil case records. Municipal Court records before May 1, 1996 are located in the Clerk’s office.

Probate Court record limits
Clermont County Probate Court provides remote access to Probate case information through its Remote Case Access System. The system is intended for public record information about cases filed in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division.
The Probate Court states that electronic images of case documents are excluded for all case types. Those documents are available through direct access to the court record at the Probate Court.
The online Probate information is not the official record. If accuracy is important, consult the official record in the original court file at the courthouse.
