Cuyahoga County Real Property department

The Cuyahoga County Real Property department maintains records of property ownership, valuation, and taxation. It also preserves historical property transaction records, collects special assessments, prepares and adjusts the tax duplicate, and handles certain credits and refunds.

The county’s Real Property Information page directs users to online property search, residential mobile home information, plat search, and real property refund request options.

For refund-related questions, users may submit a Real Property Refund Request Inquiry Form or ask the Real Property department for help by email.

Maps, parcels, and open data

Cuyahoga County also provides GIS and open data resources for users who need parcel layers, property-use data, or map-based research beyond a single parcel page.
